Smoking Ban

Although there has been a lot of publicity about the forthcoming ban on smoking in public places in England from 1st July 2007, this came into force in Wales from 1st April and we are advised that there are implications for company cars. Nobody may smoke in any vehicle that is made available to more than one employee, unless it is a convertible with the hood down, and it is a mandatory requirement to have ‘No Smoking’ decals placed prominently in the vehicle.   Back
