We regard the DSA qualifications as an absolute minimum requirement, and always demand something more, such as one or more of the following: -
Diploma in Driving Instruction (Dip DI)
DIAmond Advanced certificate
DIA Instructor
DIA Examiner
Institute of Advanced Motorists - Qualified Senior Observer
Institute of Advanced Motorists Examiner
Police - Grade 1 Advanced
RoSPA - Gold certificate
RoSPA - Examiner
RoSPA - Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction
SAFED - Trainer / Assessor (for vans)
In addition they will have a proven track record in instructing, first class communication skills, and be generally over-qualified for the job, thus ensuring the delivery of all courses meets our high standard.

Our support staff all come from a corporate background where office procedures and risk management techniques are fully understood. Again excellent interpersonal and communication skills are viewed as essential to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Naturally project management skills are viewed as essential to ensure everything happens as planned and expected!

Similarly our Risk Management team and interim Fleet Managers have many years of hands-on experience in their area of expertise, and are able to communicate effectively with drivers and company managers or owners alike.
